Tanya is a non-diet dietitian who uses integrated nutrition therapy and lifestyle well-being to help people end obsessive food and body thoughts and diet culture behaviors forever by creating a culture of wellness.
Tanya's journey with disordered eating, mixed with her knowledge of behavior management, helped her walk herself out of disordered practices. She used her experience to author the mindfulness journaling book, "The Mindful Me Journey: A 40-Day Guided Journal Toward a Healthier Relationship with Food and Exercise," which was an Amazon #1 new release in 2019 that has reached international distribution.
Tanya is passionate about helping people live healthy and whole lives of purpose. She does that by assisting people in breaking free from trapped feelings or experiencing guilt, shame, or obsessive thoughts through identifying, reframing, and managing food, health, and body-related emotions, feelings, and ideas in a whole new way.
