Tanya is passionate about health, wellness, and helping people live their best life. She has decades of experience providing nutrition education, medical nutrition therapy, behavior modification, discipleship, and health coaching. Tanya uses her experience to provide an integrated approach to health and wellness through the development of healthy wellness cultures.
Tanya has helped startup companies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations develop program strategies to enhance health and growth. Most recently, Tanya helped develop a cutting-edge approach to transportation wellness that resulted in recognition as one of The Nation's Best and Brightest in Wellness in 2017.
Tanya has also authored hundreds of educational articles and blogs and recently released a journaling workbook, "The Mindful Me Journey: A 40-Day Guided Journal Toward a Healthier Relationship With Food and Exercise" which was an Amazon #1 New Release.
Tanya is an accomplished athlete and has held records for nearly four decades. She was inducted into the Greenville High School Athletic Hall of Fame in recognition of her high school athletic success. It was the icing on the cake when she was also recognized for success at the collegiate level and inducted into the Mount St. Joseph University Athletic Hall of Fame.
Tanya presents in a variety of settings and has developed a knack for tailoring information to her audience. Her passionate presentation style allows everyone to walk away with something they can use to IGNITE the change within and steps toward personal health and wellness transformation.
