"To get moving from where you are toward where you want to go requires putting one foot in front of the other."
"When you create a true culture of wellness, every component of your values, mission, and environment contribute to the development and reinforcement of healthy lifestyle wellness. This culture encourages positive nutritional choices, regular exercise, healthy habits, conflict resolution, stress management, and work/life balance."
"WHAT you do each day WILL directly impact how your body functions and performs. Eat well, live well, feel well."
"What a driver eats and drinks every day does influence their health and safety."
"Quite often there is a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. We know what's good for our bodies, but we don't always act accordingly."
"We were each fearfully and wonderfully created for a purpose. Figuring out what that purpose is and how we can best live it out is the journey of life. A healthy body and mind free from bondage to thoughts guided by an internal critic help us do that."
