Tanya Fasnacht Jolliffe, RDN, LD, CMHIMP

A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian, and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider who is passionate about helping people live a healthy and whole life.

She uses conventional medicine and nutrition best practices with applied wellness methods to provide tools and coaching strategies that IGNITE the change within for wholeness and lasting health transformation.

Tanya has a diverse skill set which includes:

She uses those skills with her experience and training to provide a values-based integrative approach to health and wellness through a host of transformative strategies focused on:

  • Wellness culture development

  • Lifestyle behavior change

  • Health condition management

  • Mindful and attuned eating and exercise

Tanya began her career as a registered and licensed dietitian working as a research dietitian in an NIH multi-center cooperative study on alcoholic hepatitis. From there, she became a specialist in end-stage organ disease as she provided medical nutrition therapy and education to those with kidney and liver end-stage organ disease and diabetes management with long-term complications. Tanya established the transplant dietitian position at a Cincinnati, Ohio teaching hospital as the specialist in kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant nutrition. In that role, she also served as an integral member of two multi-disciplinary specialty patient care teams and serviced two out-patient clinics. Additionally, Tanya helped provide training and education to dietetic and medical interns regarding medical nutrition therapy in solid organ transplantation and served on the liver transplant selection committee.


Working as an online healthy eating expert and health coach with SparkPeople.com presented a new setting where Tanya could support and promote healthy lifestyle behavior change focused on helping people manage and maintain health using web-based tools. Tanya took what she learned from there to the transportation wellness arena. She served as a CDL wellness coach and subject matter expert at Rolling Strong where she helped develop a cutting-edge approach to transportation wellness that resulted in company acquisition and national recognition as one of ​The Nation's Best and Brightest in Wellness in 2017. Over the years she has also assisted startup companies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations produce strategies and programs that brought about growth and change.


In 2019, Tanya ventured out on her own to bring her strengths in nutrition care, wellness integration, health coaching, and strategic design to people and organizations to help them IGNITE the change within. Her values-based integrative solutions guide individuals and organizations as they address barriers that prevent lasting health and wellness transformation. She has also published a mindfulness-based journaling program entitled, "The Mindful Me Journey: A 40-Day Guided Journal Toward a Healthier Relationship With Food and Exercise" which was an Amazon #1 New Release in 2019. Recently, Tanya served as a subject matter expert presenter for the Healthy Trucking Association of America "Shift Into Better Health" podcast series. The series was designed in support of the CDC National Diabetes Prevention Program for lifestyle change to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes in professional drivers. Tanya also actively volunteers for a variety of organizations including Living in Truth Ministries and Women in Trucking

Tanya was an accomplished and acclaimed athlete in both high school and college. She was inducted into the Greenville High School Athletic Hall of Fame in recognition of her three-sport high school success which includes a high jump record she has held for four decades. It was the icing on the cake when she was also recognized for success at the collegiate level and inducted into the Mount St. Joseph University Athletic Hall of Fame for volleyball.
