The Mindful Me Coaching Program is a mindfulness journey using a person-centered approach from an integrative health and well-being perspective. We believe people can be healthy at every size and that health and well-being are more than a number on a scale

Begin to develop mindful awareness about what you do with food and exercise and why you do it so you can take a step toward healthy and whole living.


Becoming mindfully attuned to the habits, rules, routines, and rituals you follow and where they came from as well as the feelings and emotions that are present will allow you to take another step forward.


This five-week coaching program allows you to work one-on-one, either in-person or via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing, to learn HOW to take control of your food and activity thoughts, feelings, habits, and behaviors using non-diet intuitive principles and the journaling process. We also help you understand your body's somatotype and its impact. During the week five visit, we will help you create a plan for the next steps that make sense for your mindfulness journey which may include continuing on with coaching for a few more weeks.


During this journey, you will also begin to create a personal culture of wellness that empowers you to recognize and affirm the lifestyle choices that are working well while being honest and fair about what may need to change to help you reach health and wholeness through addressing your lifestyle patterns. This integrative program will help you IGNITE the change within ~ body, mind, and spirit. 

Tanya Fasnacht Jolliffe, RDN, LD, CIMHP is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian, and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional trained and experienced in person-centered care, behavior and lifestyle change, and disordered eating.  She uses her decades of experience in an integrative approach to health and well-being for healing and wholeness. 


Tanya personally struggled with body image issues and disordered eating and was able to embrace mindful eating and movement practices that helped her leave the disordered behaviors and chronic dieting behind. She wants to help you do the same.

IGNITE the Change Within


You will begin creating lasting change through our IGNITE process which includes a variety of strategic tools aimed at helping you gain a new perspective on old issues to begin creating change.


You will be able to stay connected throughout your journey using a secure HIPAA-compliant online portal called HEALTHIE. This portal can be accessed from any device: desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile phone for ongoing support, coaching, and information.


You will use The Mindful Me Journey: A 40-day Guided Journal Toward a Healthier Relationship with Food and Exercise as a tool to explore emotions, feelings, and behaviors related to food and activity.


You will have five weeks of coaching beginning with a one-hour consultation followed by four one-on-one sessions either in person or secure Zoom video meetings. You have the option of continuing your coaching sessions beyond five weeks if you discover you have more work to do.

Please note: We are a private pay company with payment set up upfront. We do not currently contract with health insurance providers but HSA/HRA/FSA cards may be used in accordance with card guidelines. Clients can print their invoices and submit them to an insurance provider for possible reimbursement. A billing statement can also be provided upon request for insurance company submission. Since coverage varies, contact your insurance company to see if your plan has benefits.
