The Mindful Me Coaching Program will help you explore issues surrounding food and body image with an integrative health and wellness specialist. Work one-on-one, either in-person or via HIPAA compliant video conferencing, to learn HOW to take control of your food and activity thoughts, feelings, habits, and behaviors.
You will also be on your way toward creating a values-based wellness culture that helps you recognize and affirm what you are doing well while being honest and fair about what you want to change and improve. This integrative program can help you IGNITE the change within ~ body, mind, and spirit.
Tanya Fasnacht Jolliffe, RDN, LD, CMHIMP is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian, and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider. She uses her decades of experience providing nutrition education, medical nutrition therapy, discipleship, behavior modification, and health coaching in an integrative approach to health and wellness for healing and wholeness.
Tanya personally struggled with body image issues and disordered eating and was able to embrace mindful eating practices and movement to leave the disordered behaviors and chronic dieting behind. She wants to help you do the same.

You will create lasting change through our IGNITE process which includes a variety of tools aimed at helping you gain a new perspective on old issues.
You will be able to stay connected throughout your journey using a secure online portal called HEALTHIE. This portal can be accessed from any device: desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile phone for ongoing support, coaching, and information.
You will use The Mindful Me Journey: A 40-day Guided Journal Toward a Healthier Relationship with Food and Exercise as a tool to help you explore emotions, feelings, and behaviors related to food and activity.
You will have five weeks of coaching beginning with one hour-long consultation followed by four 45-minute one-on-one sessions with Tanya either in person or via secure Zoom video meeting to uncover barriers, identify educational and support needs, and establish actionable opportunities.
$75/week for four coaching sessions
$400 total cost

A billing statement can be provided upon request for submission to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
