The Lifestyle Wellness Promotion Coaching Program provides a comprehensive process to review ten dimensions of well-being, wellness values, and the assessment of your readiness for change. Using that information, you will work one-on-one with an integrative health and wellness specialist to set goals and develop a plan of action to create lasting health transformation. Once you have completed this program, you can continue working one-on-one with an integrative health and wellness specialist to help you execute your plan. You will establish your coaching follow-up plan during your consultation session.
