Tanya Fasnacht Jolliffe, RDN, LD, CMHIMP is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian, and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider who is passionate about igniting change that helps people live their best life. She has decades of experience providing nutrition education, medical nutrition therapy, behavior modification, discipleship, and health coaching and uses that experience to provide an integrated approach to wellness. After years of working for other companies and seeing that health and wellness programs can't thrive without a culture to support them, Tanya decided to venture out on her own to help create positive wellness cultures.
Tanya has provided presentations in a variety of settings, including small gatherings and classes as well as part of clinical teams, at seminars, conferences, and expos. She has also helped start-up companies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations develop program strategies to bring about growth. Most recently, Tanya helped develop a cutting-edge approach to transportation wellness that resulted in recognition as one of The Nation's Best and Brightest in Wellness in 2017. Tanya has also authored hundreds of educational articles and blogs over the years. She recently released a journaling workbook, "The Mindful Me Journey: A 40-Day Guided Journal Toward a Healthier Relationship With Food and Exercise" which was an Amazon #1 New Release.
Tanya is also an accomplished athlete and has held records for over three decades. She was inducted into the Greenville High School Athletic Hall of Fame in recognition of her high school athletic success. It was the icing on the cake when she was also recognized for success at the collegiate level and inducted into the Mount St. Joseph University Athletic Hall of Fame.
